The niu Loco is named after the former Hirschau ironworks at the English Garden, which produced world-famous locomotives more than 175 years ago not far from the current hotel location. The niu Loco takes up this story and brings it to life with a colourful nightlife atmosphere: Industrial Chic meets Club! Colourful candy pastel meets rudimentary remnants of the steam locomotive era: connecting rods, railway wheels and rails shine in brass and gold design. This look is interpreted in a unique and glamorous way in combination with disco balls and mirrored surfaces inside the hotel. In addition to colourful design, the 190 rooms welcome you with the latest technology: whether high-speed WLAN, flat screen or a sound-powerful Bluetooth box. The Living Lobby invites you to relax with co-working space and comfortable seating.

Enjoy breakfast at the niu Loco every day from 6:30 am to 10:30 am and on weekends and public holidays even until 11:00 am.

The modern bar area offers you a cozy lounge character for drinks & Co. and is open 24 hours. Great treats are waiting for you here. In addition, tasty snacks and refreshing drinks in hygienically safe packaging are available for you in the niu shop in our lobby around the clock.

The niu Loco is also the perfect starting point for your city tour: The underground station "Studentenstadt" is only 500 meters away; from there you can easily reach Munich city center in 20 minutes.
