Built in 1910 in the Art Nouveau style, the Hotel Royal is situated in a slightly elevated location overlooking the Lucerne lake basin. What awaits you: A traditional hotel with 42 comfortable non-smoking rooms, a rich breakfast buffet with local products, a hotel bar with summer terrace, a 40 sqm event room and free WiFi throughout the hotel. The hotel has 5 parking spaces for a fee, CHF 35 per vehicle and night. It is also recommend to park your vehicle in the Casino-Palace car park, Haldenstrasse 6, approx. 350 metres away, for a fee. The car park also offers disabled parking spaces and charging stations for electric cars. You can park in front of the hotel to drop off and pick up your luggage.

Your perfect start to the day begins with the high-quality breakfast buffet in a bright breakfast room. Sustainability and regionality are also very important to the hotel at breakfast.

The bar has 16 seats, which are complemented by additional seating in the lounge area, which extends around the piano. In addition to cocktails and classic drinks, the team is also happy to serve you a small selection of snacks. In the summer months, you are also welcome to take a seat on the terrace.

All 42 comfortable non-smoking rooms are equipped with free WiFi, flat-screen cable-TV, safe deposit box, desk, full size mirror, bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer and shaver socket. Some room categories have lake view and a balcony. Family rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons. Bed linen for allergy sufferers is available on request.

Our 40 sqm meeting room is suitable for your business event for up to 20 people. The room has natural daylight, free WiFi, is equipped with air conditioning and can be blacked out. You can rely on our professional support for your event.
