The luxurious estate, idyllically situated in the Hohenlohe countryside and surrounded by 44,000 square metres of manicured parkland, the Wald & Schlosshotel is one of the most beautiful retreats in the country. A total of 66 stylishly furnished rooms and suites are available in the historic hunting lodge, the main house, the spa house, the gatehouse and the garden house.
Restaurant
On the grounds of the Wald & Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe, five varied restaurants under the direction of star chef Boris Rommel offer culinary experiences. The gourmet restaurant Le Cerf impresses with its elegant furnishings and serves reinterpreted classics of French cuisine. At the Chef's Table, guests can enjoy their menu in private and watch the food being prepared. The Waldschänke entices guests with regional dishes in a rustic atmosphere, in winter by the stove and in summer on the sun terrace. The Jägerstube offers specialities such as game and salmon trout in cosy surroundings. The Flammerie serves savoury tarte flambée, while the ‘GenussMoment’ spa bistro offers light, healthy wellness dishes.

The 66 guest rooms and suites at the Wald & Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe are spread across five unique buildings, each with its own style and individual charm. The historic hunting lodge offers stylish accommodation in a stately ambience, with all rooms furnished with antiques. The garden house is cosily nestled in the picturesque park and offers a particularly inviting atmosphere. Our rooms in the main house and the gatehouse are decorated in a charming English country house style and exude timeless elegance. In the Spa House, on the other hand, you can expect a stylish interplay of minimalist aesthetics and modern clarity, making every stay a harmonious experience. The two presidential suites also impress with their modern design and create a retreat that combines luxury and contemporary elegance.
