Culinary delights for lodge guests & day guests

For Lodge guests, the regional breakfast buffet and the 5-course dinner are included as a choice menu in the Lodge's St. Martins Restaurant as part of half board. As a lodge guest you also have the opportunity to enjoy your dinner between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. comfortably in your bathrobe in the market restaurant of the Therme! Day guests will of course be spoiled with culinary delights at the St. Martins Restaurant at any time. To offer the best quality and innovation is of great importance to the cuisine of St. Martins. The ingredients are mainly sourced from regional producers and the menu changes daily according to the seasonal offer. The seasonal menus are regularly adjusted according to regional availability. In spring, for example, there are asparagus and wild garlic dishes, and in winter combinations of game and root vegetables are a must. A large regional salad buffet is also available.
